How much does it cost?

360 feedback is only $99 per employee reviewed.  Every employee can have unlimited raters.  There are no setup or hosting fees.  There are no minumum size packages.  Moreover, every feature we have is included.

Yes, a StrengthSherpa talent development expert can adminster the 360 feedback process for you at $199 per employee reviewed.  Just as with our self-service solution, every employee can have unlimited raters.  There are no setup or hosting fees.  There are no minumum size packages.  Moreover, every feature we have is included.  Please contact us if you want us to administer your 360 feedback process.

How do I pay?

What is 360 feedback?

360 feedback is the most effective way for you and your team to gain deep insights into your leadership strengths and development opportunities.  In a typical 360 review, each employee completes a self-assessment and is also assessed by their manager, peers, direct reports, customers, and others.  The assessment includes quantitative ratings on a variety of behaviors as well as qualitative comments.  The 360 process is most effective when raters are anonymous and when reviews are used for talent development rather than performance management.

How frequently should I collect 360 feedback?

For most organizations, we recommend conducting an annual 360 feedback review process.  In settings where teams are reconfigured more frequently (ex: management consulting), you may choose to gather feedback more frequently.

Do I need to be trained to use the StrengthSherpa system?

No.  The system is designed to be easy-to-use.  You can get started in minutes with one of our proven templates.  Moreover, power users can create and fully customize their own assessments with our intuitive user experience.

Do you have recommended assessment templates?

You have instant access to StrengthSherpa's proven 360 assessment templates that include competencies spanning strategic leadership, operational leadership, and people leadership.  There are currently two versions.  The standard version takes raters approximately 5 minutes to complete.  The advanced version goes deeper and takes raters approximately 15 minutes to complete.  You can use our assessment as-is, modify it based on your needs, or create a new assessment from scratch.

Are ratings anonymous?

We recommend that you collect anonymous feedback.  However, you can require names or email addresses of raters if you wish.

How long will it take to generate my reports?

You have instant access to results that can be viewed online or sent via email.  You can also download reports in Adobe Acrobat PDF format at any time.
